How long does shipping take?
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
What’s the difference between a Complete Wand and a Replacement Head?
A Complete Wand includes the wand stick and feathered lure. A Replacement Head Only includes the feathered lure head; the wand stick is not included.
How should I use the toy safely?
Supervise your pet during play. Inspect the toy regularly and replace it if any part becomes damaged or loose.
Can I return something?
