If you or your pet aren't delighted, we want to make it right. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Items should be in their original condition where possible — though we understand pets are pets, and we'll always be reasonable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is confirmed. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item? That's on us — send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, no return needed.
