30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition where reasonably possible, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, visit our Contact page and include your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a photo so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

We’ll let you know when your return has been reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
